Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times and shipping times are separate. Orders may take up to 7 days to process and shipping is dependant on shipping company but tends to range between 1-4 days. But please bare in mind busier periods of the year (Christmas) etc where shipping and delivery may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, I will start working on it right away.

Original Art and items I have on hand will be shipped within 3 days.

All items that are made to order will be processed within 5 days and will be shipped within 1 - 14 days as that is this is the appropriate time range to give me to process the order, inspect item, package and post. 

Some items may have a faster postage option.

If ever there may be an increase of processing time due to a large quantity of orders or a stock limit, you will be contacted.

International shipping is available. Processing times will vary dependant on products i have on hand, products made to order and international couriers but we aim to have everything processed and shipped within 14-21 days.

When your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email, which may include a tracking number, so you can check the status of the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
